Park City is very strict on their requirements for IDs. Even if you appear well over 21, ID's must be scanned to enter any bar and to be served alchohol, so bring your ID everywhere with you, including the wedding weekend events.
The easiest way to reach us is by flying into Salt Lake City International Airport, which is about 35–40 minutes from Park City.
From the airport you can:
Take an Uber/Lyft
Arrange a private car service
Rent a car if you plan to explore the area
Once you arrive, the wedding events will take place at Montage Deer Valley, located in the mountains just above town.
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah.

Yes! Please join us for a Welcome Party on Friday, April 10 at 5:00 PM at Montage Deer Valley.
The party will be held outdoors on the patio and will feature light bites, drinks, and beautiful mountain views as we kick off the weekend together.
The welcome party theme is Après Ski ⛷️
We encourage guests to wear their best après ski attire—think cozy knits, winter boots, shearling or faux fur, chic ski sweaters, and stylish cold-weather layers. You will find attire inspiration on the events page.
Since the event will be outdoors, please dress warmly.
The wedding is Black Tie.

Park City sits at about 7,000 feet above sea level, and some guests may notice the altitude.
A few helpful tips:
Consider checking with your doctor about altitude medication
Drink plenty of water
Take it easy your first day while you adjust
In the event that you need an oxygen boost or some hydration therapy, we suggest reaching out to Prime IV or Wasatch Oxygen.
Guests staying at the Montage can always reach out to the concierge for direct assistance. The Montage Security Team is trained in altitude sickness assistance and basic first aid. If needed , the in house doctor is Dr. Kagen who can be reached at: 435-633-6263.
Yes! Deer Valley Resort is located right next to Montage Deer Valley and is one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the country.
If you're planning to ski during the weekend, we recommend purchasing lift tickets in advance online through Deer Valley Resort, as availability can be limited.
Ski Equipment Rentals:
Guests can conveniently rent skis and equipment directly at Montage Deer Valley through the resort’s ski concierge.
You can also rent equipment through Deer Valley Resort, which offers full-service rentals
If you have time to explore, we highly recommend visiting Park City Main Street, the charming historic center of Park City filled with restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
